Alliance with HCL CDC For 12 Weeks Practical Training Program

Details about the Program as follows, Further process will be communicated to the selected individuals

- Candidates who successfully finished 4 Months CDC training programs (hardware + Networking) are eligible we prefer Diploma, ITI, BSC backgrounds as basic qualification.
- HCL Infosystems Limited – ESO Division will provide a 12 Week practical exposure to the candidates who get selected
- Practical training will be at HCL’s Client site
- Will provide a practical Training completion letter by end of 12 weeks – Ratings on the letter based on the performance during the training period
- Travel Allowance from HCL Office to Client Sites will be paid by us at actual as per the policy
- Selected Candidates need to sign a Letter of Declaration
- Candidates Who successfully finish their practical training and meet the eligible criteria they can join us as On Job Trainees (12 month duration program with stipend and other Perks)
- Once they finish the On Job Training and if they meet our HR Criteria they will be absorbed by the Company as Customer Engineers
